Donna Sherard, MPH is the Founder and Chief Changer at Changeable and a PROSCI©️ certified Change Management Practitioner. After years working in the private sector, Donna turned her passion for public service into a career in global health and behavior change. Donna’s 20+ years’ experience includes leading the design and implementation of insight-driven social and behavior change, and marketing programs across Southern, Eastern, and Western Africa, Central and Southeast Asia, Central America, and the United States. Her passion for starting first with human understanding has enabled her to contribute to meaningful change in communities around the world.
Today, Donna’s work at Changeable is guided by a fundamental belief: the success of any behavior change program hinges on empowering program teams and cultivating organizational structures that enable effective implementation. In a world saturated with data and fancy pitch decks, Donna has made it her mission to make the process of implementation just as compelling as the insights that drive it. By embedding organizational development, change management, and coaching into every engagement, Donna and the Changeable team work to ensure that the wheels of behavior change programs stay firmly on the road, even in the face of an ever-evolving landscape.
When she’s not immersed in her work, you can often find Donna exploring the world on her bicycle, Baldwin, or indulging in the delights of cheap, tasty street food and live music.
Change of course is constant and often uncomfortable, but these days, Donna loves this optimistic quote on transformation,
